Most products can be returned directly to OrientalDividerStore.com within 14 days of receipt of merchandise if all of the following requirements are met. Items returned must first be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. RMA numbers are valid for up to 14 days or expiration of original return period, whichever occurs first.

Shipping, handling and freight charges are not refundable. Customer is responsible for shipping costs on returned items.
Inventory Restocking Fees:
Items returned for refunds are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus shipping charges to and from OrientalDividerStore.com. The restocking fee also applies to shipments that are refused. Orders over 30 days and parts which have been installed are non-returnable. Special order items, and on sale/clearance items are non-returnable. Shipments which are refused will be processed as a return.
Order Cancellation Policy:
When you place an order, OrientalDividerStore.com or the manufacturer prepares each order specifically for you, the customer. Even before the merchandise ships out, these items incur shipping, warehouse, and administrative costs. As a result, order cancellations after your order has been processed you will be charge a 15% cancellation fee and any return shipping. If the wheels are a special order, the order is not eligible for order cancellation. However, If the item hasn’t been processed by OrientalDividerStore.com, we can offer a courtesy cancellation free of charge on merchandise. To receive a courtesy cancellation or exchange, the customer must contact OrientalDividerStore.com before merchandise ships.
Refunds and Credits
Credits and refunds will be issued to the credit card or paypal account used for the order. If cash, money order, check, western union, or wire transfer payment, OrientalDividerStore.com will refund the order by check to the shipping address. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for the credit to reflect on your credit card statement.
Chargeback Abuse Policy:
Purchases will appear on your credit/debit card statements as "CL Sales" You are responsible for the amount agreed upon during checkout. In the event that a chargeback is placed on a purchase and proof of delivery is present OrientalDividerStore.com we reserves the right to begin collection proceedings and will seek damages. We have a zero tolerance policy for credit card fraud or chargeback abuse. OrientalDividerStore.com reserves the right to pursue all available civil and criminal legal action in the event of a credit card chargeback when proof of delivery is available.
Prodruct Warranty:
All merchandise sold by OrientalDividerStore.com is sold in brand new condition (unless stated otherwise and is sold As-Is) is covered by manufacturer warranty. The manufacturer warranty coverage relationship exists directly between, and only between, the manufacturer and the customer. Even though OrientalDividerStore.com has no duty to become involved in manufacturer warranty claims, our Customer Service Department will still be happy to assist you in communicating and helping you receive a manufacturer warranty, from the manufacturer. Other than applicable manufacturers’ warranties, there are no other warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
The customer is liable for round trip shipping cost for any issues concerning manufacturers warranty.
State Sales Tax:
We are located in Southern California, USA. All orders shipped outside California are exempt from paying Sales Tax. Orders shipped to any address within the state of California will be charged 9.25% sales tax.
