Delivery Information

OrientalDividerStore.com offers free local delivery (Under shcedule) on orders of $ 199 or more. Offer is valid for local delivery in Southern California up to 20 miles from 90755 only. Certain items may incur additional handling charges. Free delivery is valid on products with a value of $199 or greater excluding sales tax, shipping, and handling charges. Any returned items will have the actual shipping charges deducted from the refund or credit.

In order to ensure your satisfaction, we will ship all orders complete, NO back orders. Though this may take a bit longer at first, you will eventually have the pleasure of having everything you ordered come at one time. This method will save you money by reducing shipping costs. We trust that you will like this approach.

If a scheduled delivery is canceled, refused, or no one is home to accept the delivery, a redelivery or pick up fee will be charged in the amount of no less than $25.00

All merchandise will be shipped to your confirmed shipping address only.

• Large items are shipped with UPS/FedEx Ground, smaller packages are shipped via USPS
• Tracking numbers are provided via e-mail when available at the end of the shipping day.
• We do not ship using your own or 3^rd party shipping accounts, no exceptions.
• Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or International come with an additional cost, buyer is responsible for all applicable duties, fees, & taxes.

In some cases when items are out of stock or are special orders, the item will ship directly from their manufacturer. In these cases some manufacturers shipping methods may vary.

Shipping Damage and Insurance

We automatically insure all outbound shipments for the full replacement or repair value. You do not need to pay extra for shipping insurance. In the rare event that a shipment is damaged, OrientalDividerStore.com will negotiate a price, offer to exchange, or repair the damaged item at no additional cost. As soon as you notice the damage contact our customer service department. You will be asked to e-mail pictures of the damage and then your new order will be shipped as soon as the damaged product arrives to the our warehouse. Save all packaging materials, including the box tires and wheels were shipped in. The carrier will then pick up and inspect the damaged merchandise to return to OrientalDividerStore.com.

Please open all packages immediately to confirm no items are damaged or missing. If items are missing or damaged please contact us within 5 business days of delivery. If OrientalDividerStore.com ships the wrong merchandise, we will pay 100% of the costs to get you the right product.

Item Availability:

OrientalDividerStore.com strives to have all in-stock items available for shipping or delivery within 2-3 business days from the date the order is placed. However, due to production schedules and product availability by the manufacturer this is not always possible. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify item availability before ordering.

We will notify you If  an item is out of stock and/or on back-order. In such situations you may cancel an order at no charge or keep the order in place.
